HOISINGTON —“Stepping On – Building Confidence and Reducing Falls for the Elderly” will be offered by Clara Barton Hospital.  The fall prevention program will begin in Hoisington on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.   The program is from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays for seven weeks.  The course will be held in the Hoisington Activity Center classroom located at 1200 Susank Road.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.  
Eligibility requirements include:
•Age 60 and older
•Had a fall in the last year or have a fear of falling
•Able to move independently on own or with the assistance (cane or walker)
