Sentinel Gallery presents Who Knew? Art Exhibition showcasing art with Ellinwood roots

ELLINWOOD — Sentinel Gallery will present an Art Opening for the exhibition Who Knew? Art Exhibition Showcasing Art with Ellinwood Roots, taking place at 201 South Main on from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on July 18.
Sentinel Gallery- is proud to bring Who Knew? to Ellinwood.  The show will run from July 18 to Sept. 7.  Entry deadline for the show is July 16.
The art exhibition will highlight artists from Ellinwood.  Works of art from paintings to sculpture will be displayed.  The show will showcase Ellinwood artists past and present.  “Who Knew?” is sure to have an eclectic visual impact as generations come together, bound by one factor, the art was created by individuals who resided in the Ellinwood area.
The exhibition will open during Ellinwood’s 41st annual After Harvest Fest.  Opening reception for the exhibition will be on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 5-7 p.m.  Refreshments and wine will be served.  The public will have the opportunity to mingle with the artists and enjoy Ellinwood’s creative side.
The Gallery will be open on Saturday, July 19 from noon to 6 p.m.
Regular hours for Sentinel Gallery will begin on July 22 and are as follows:  Tuesday-Friday 2-6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sentinel Gallery is a space to promote art in the community and is on loan from Sentinel Machine and Supply.
