North Washington rollover Jim Misunas Great Bend Tribune Three people were transported to Great Bend Regional Hospital and Central Kansas Medical Center Tuesday with injuries after a Isuzu Rodeo slid onto its drivers side and passenger side before landing in a ditch north of Great Bend, according to Barton County deputies. Deputies report that Sarah Pettijohn, 26, Great Bend, was driving northbound at 11:39 a.m. in the 300 block of N. Washington when the Isuzu edged off the roadway. The vehicle overturned onto the drivers side and slid 63 feet before flipping onto its passenger side. The vehicle flipped into the west ditch and landed on its tires. Also injured and transported by Great Bend EMS were passengers April Ward, 15, and Misty Ward, 12, both of Great Bend. Deputies report everyone was wearing a seatbelt.
