Pawnee County commissioners, at their Aug. 9 meeting, approved paying M & F Plumbing $2,800 for a new air conditioner compressor at the J.A. Haas Building on the fairgrounds. They also signed a City of Larned/Pawnee County lease agreement with Steve Gross, doing business as Gross Flying Service.Jack Gardner, of Larned Automotive, Inc., discussed a Neighborhood Revitalization Plan for his business and a notice he had received from County Appraiser Carl Miller. Miller joined the discussion.
