Did you Know?
• One should take vitamin “Y” every week, probably daily. Yoga (vitamin “Y”) has a direct and powerful impact on your heart, according to a small article in the recent Readers Digest.  An example, was a study where 30 people with high blood pressure practiced yoga for just 5 to 7 minutes twice a day for 2 months.  They had a lower resting heart rate and blood pressure compared with a control group who did not do the exercises.
• The Welcome Inn sponsors free Yoga classes at 11 a.m. Monday and Thursday.  A 30-minute class is taught by Jill Hutchins, certified instructor.  These sessions help get you in the mood to do exercises every day.
