Carry in Dinner — Sunday 12:30 p.m. Bring some food and enjoy visiting and eating with friends. Betty Tauscher is the host.
Free Yoga class — Monday 11 a.m. A 30-minute class. Anyone may still sign up. The certified instructor is Jill Hutchins.
Blood Pressure check — Monday 11:30 a.m. We all need to know.
Paraffin Spa — Monday and Thursday 11 a.m. Makes your hands feel great under the supervision of Byron Stilts.
Coffee Time — Tuesday 9:30 a.m. Bring food to share or just show up.
Balance and Flexibility Class — Tuesday and Friday 11 a.m. About a 30-minute class led by Betty Tauscher.
Birthday and Anniversary Dinner — Thursday noon. For all who have Birthdays or Anniversaries in February.
Wii games — Every day 11 a.m. Wii games. Come in and play a variety of fun games.
Mexican Train (dominoes) game. Every day following lunch. Come play with us.

Did You Know?
• On the second Sunday of every month, at 12:30 p.m. there is a “Carry In Dinner” at the Welcome Inn, 113 W. 4th.
Everyone brings their favorite meat dish, salad or dessert. Some bring all three. There is always a very delicious variety. Those that have no others plans after the dinner are invited to stay and play cards. See you Sunday!
