The Welcome Inn’s income
last fiscal year was about
$33,000. Memorials to the
Welcome Inn is the second
largest source of income in the
Fiscal year ending Sept. 30.
Pawnee County is our biggest
source of income, and we are
very grateful for their generous
input. The second largest
source during this same period
was Memorials, following by
fundraisers and donations. The
monies we receive for meals is
all returned to Friendship
Meals in Great Bend. They, in
turn, pay salaries for the cooks
and for the help in our front
office. This leaves the
Welcome Inn to pay for insurance,
utilities, retailers sales
tax, building maintenance,
which is a very big item, as the
building is old and the roof
leaks; custodial service; delivery
of meals and other ongoing
things.

and Thursday, 11 a.m. Under
the supervision of Byron Stilts.
