Kathy R. Tankersley, 53, Larned, was taken to Pawnee Valley Community Hospital in Larned Saturday after a two-vehicle crash in Pawnee County.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports a semitrailer and the car driven by Tankersley were both westbound on K-156 about 10 miles west of Larned at 10:10 a.m. Tankersley was attempting to turn left when the truck driven by John Thomas Shekelton Jr. of New Hampton, Iowa, attempted to pass.
Shelelton was not injured; Tankersley sustained a possible injury and was transported to the hospital by private vehicle.
