Second St. in Ellinwood.Ness County - Aug. 27 from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 357 E. Bell in Utica.Pawnee County - Aug. 30 from noon to 6 p.m. at J.A. Haas Building, 400 E. 18th in Larned; Sept. 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pawnee Heights High School, 100 W.
