A six week “Kansans Optimizing Health Program” workshop is set to begin Tuesday, March 17, and ending April 21. The workshop will be held on those six Tuesdays, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Extension Office Meeting Room, 1800 12th Street, Great Bend. The program follows a curriculum developed by Stanford University and targets people who have a chronic condition or are a caregiver for someone with chronic conditions. Registration is $10 which helps offset some of the cost of the workbook titled, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, that each person will receive.
