Dominican Chapel of the Plains, 3600 Broadway Ave., will hold a prayer service at 5 p.m. Sunday for the International Day of Prayer for Peace.
Sister Elaine Osborne, OP, notes, “So many places in our world today need peace. We are invited to celebrate the International Day of Prayer for Peace on Sept. 21st  to show solidarity with all peoples who are suffering displacement, torture, death, and/or fragmenting of the family through so many forms of violence.” The public is invited to join the Dominican Sisters of Peace in prayer.
