On Friday March 23, the movie, “The Case for Christ,” will be shown at the Heartland Center for Spirituality for the spring series of “Movies with a Message.” An investigative journalist and self-proclaimed atheist sets out to disprove the existence of God after his wife becomes a Christian.
The movie begins at 6:15 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Motherhouse of the Dominican Sisters of Peace, 3600 Broadway Ave. Other movies in the spring series include: “The Jewish Cardinal” (Tuesday April 10), and “Edith Stein: The Seventh Chamber” (Tuesday May 8). A freewill offering will be accepted to offset the cost of refreshments.
