Presbyterian Women of Great Bend will hold their annual Rummage Sale on Saturday, April 8 from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. in the church Fellowship Hall at 24th and Washington in Great Bend.
A new twist this year is that all items will be available to the community for a donation.
Come browse through a variety of clean, usable items, including small appliances, kitchenware, home décor, clothing for all ages, linens, knick-knacks, holidays items, clothing accessories, toys and games, books and media, tools and gadgets for the men, and a lot of miscellaneous items.
The proceeds from this sale will go to local agencies and services. Recipients of funds raised from last year’s sale included: Family Crisis Center; Dream Center; Sunflower Early Education Center; Meals on Wheels; Barton County Emergency Aid; Juvenile Services (20th Judicial District); Community Food Bank; Salvation Army Red Kettle, a local Girl Scout troop, and Presbyterian Church (USA) Children’s Services.
