Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Matthew 25:40

Remembering the spirit of Christmas by giving to others as God gave His Son for us, members of St. Mark Lutheran in Great Bend celebrated their third “White Sunday” on Dec. 21.
Throughout Advent, congregational members collected items needed by St. Francis Community Services Foster Care and wrapped the gifts in white tissue paper. The gifts were displayed on the church “White Giving Tree” and presented to St. Francis Community Services on the last Sunday in Advent.
“These gifts will be such a help to our foster families,” said Macey Fagen, St. Francis social worker. “Thank you to all the people of St. Mark.”
