All retired Great Bend USD 428 teachers are invited to attend the back-to-school celebration that begins with a breakfast for school employees from 7-8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13 at the Great Bend High School gym.

Breakfast will be followed by a welcome by Superintendent Brad Reed and special guest speakers. Retired educators will be acknowledged at 8:45 a.m.
The morning will end with a vendors’ fair sponsored by the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce and local businesses from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Commons Area.
