God’s Grace meets us every day. But what exactly is Grace? This retreat will offer some answers to that question. It will also explore some of the many forms of God’s Grace in our daily lives, such as the beauty of nature, prayer and the Eucharist, friendship, laughter, courage during hard times, peace amid turmoil, the ability to let go, hope in days of darkness. Using scripture, music, videos, poetry and humor, Sister Melanie will lead us in our week of reflection, while keeping in mind the words of Anne Lamott: “God’s Grace meets us where we are but does not leave us where it found us.”
