City employees begin the process of pavement replacement on Williams Street. The work began last Monday and will continue on Williams Street and Kansas Avenue from 10th to 16th streets. Construction hours will generally be 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Driving lanes and parking areas will be closed at various times throughout the project area for about 60 days.
