Run for the Soul motorcycle run set

ELLSWORTH — On Saturday June 27, the 16th annual “Run For The Soul” Motorcycle Benefit Run will be held at the Ellsworth Recreation Center, former Armory, in Ellsworth. The ride will leave at 12:30 p.m. with a bike parade around the Ellsworth Correctional Facility.
The route will take the bikers or anyone who wants to participate to a couple of stops at Lake Wilson, Kansas Originals and Grandma’s Soda Fountain in Wilson. There will be prize drawings for a Steel Glider, Fire Pit, cash and other items, along with and auction. Everything given in the run is donated and all proceeds will go to the Spiritual Life Center.
This event is being held in conjunction with The Old Iron, Custom Car and Cycle Show. There will be vendors set up for the day’s activities, and  the City of Ellsworth will hold its annual “Fireworks Spectacular” starting around 10 p.m.
