Publication of next year’s proposed budget is on the agenda for the next Great Bend USD 428 Board of Education meeting, set for 5 p.m. Monday at the District Education Center, 201 South Patton Road. Superintendent Khris Thexton will also present information about the Forward Great Bend Operation Plan, which addresses specific school operation strategies in response to the health of the community and reducing the spread of COVID-19.

Other items on the agenda include renewing the contracts for audit services and services from the Educational Services and Staff Development Association of Central Kansas (ESSDACK).
