A ServSafe Employee workshop is set from 1:30-4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Barton County Extension Office, 1800 12th Street. The workshop is designed to cover safe food handling practices and would be a good training for anyone who is a food handler. There is a workshop fee of $10 payable by Sept. 2, to cover the cost of materials. Contact the Barton County Extension Office at (620)793-1910 with questions or to register.
