ALBERT — At 4:13 p.m. last Wednesday, a woman called 911 to let law enforcement know she (or someone at the residence) was attempting to shoot a snake in her yard on Charles Street in Albert. At 4:20 she called back, asking if an officer would make sure the snake was dead.
According to the Barton County Sheriff’s Office log, by 4:43 p.m. the snake was dead and chopped up.
