Students across USD 428 celebrated a special kind of “Spirit Week” this past week: cheering for the Super Bowl-bound Chiefs! With the help of her students, Jefferson Elementary’s Librarian Marlene Beck created a football-themed display that featured many books about football, including two about Patrick Mahomes. These books, along with Chiefs’ arrowhead coloring pages, provided a great opportunity for students to share their enthusiasm with their classmates, staff and community.
