The Ford F-150 pickup was driven by Esteban Hernandez, 46, from Great Bend. After crossing the center line, it struck a Ford Ranger pickup driven by Dominic B. Manley, 17, from Olmitz, and then a Ford Mustang driven by Rosario Chavarria-Luna, 42, Great Bend. Also injured by Jose Chavarria, 17, Great Bend, who was a passenger in the Mustang. Neither Hernandez nor Manley was wearing a seat belt, KHP reports. Both people in the Mustang were wearing seat belts.
