Three women in a Caravan busted for meth

Three Great Bend women were arrested on drug charges Tuesday evening following a Great Bend Police Department traffic stop. According to reports, a GBPD detective stopped a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan in the 900 block of 2nd Street around 5:40 p.m. after Gwen Finnigan made an improper turn signal.

During the course of the traffic stop, the GBPD K-9 Menta was deployed to do an exterior sniff of the vehicle. Upon completion of the sniff it was determined a search of the vehicle would be completed. Suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located during the search.

Gwen Finnigan, 37, was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia, child endangerment and improper turn signal, with a $10,000 bond.

Cheslea Purcell, 23, was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia, obstruction, having an alcoholic beverage in an open container, and multiple warrants, including probation violation, with no bond.

Lacy Glenn, 28, was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia, with a $10,000 bond.
