The Great Bend USD 428 Board of Education called a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday evening for discussion of personnel.
Board members spent 90 minutes in executive session. Kansas Association of School Boards Attorney Lori Church was with the board until 8:27 p.m. Superintendent Brad Reed did not attend the meeting. Church met with Reed in his office, then returned to the board meeting at 8:53 p.m. Reed then left. The executive session ended at 9 p.m., but was extended for an additional 15 minutes.
