A motorist led a Sgt. Ryan DeYoung from the Great Bend Police Department on a pursuit at 3:22 a.m. Sunday. The sergeant reportedly attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding in the 1500 block of Second Street and the driver refused to stop.
The pursuit was terminated. The vehicle was found abandoned at Heizer Park, 700 Heizer St., at 3:54 a.m. and was impounded.
