TOPEKA — Washburn University announces its honorees for the fall 2025 semester.
To qualify for the President’s List, a student must complete at least 12 hours of graded credits and earn a semester grade point average of 4.0. For fall 2025, 872 students qualified for the President’s List.
“These students have excelled in the classroom through tremendous hard work and dedication. We congratulate them for attaining this milestone, earning a place among the best and brightest at Washburn,” said Dr. JuliAnn Mazachek, president, Washburn University.
Local President’s list students are: Melyne Fletchall and Rachel Panzer, both of Great Bend; Kaylee Hagerman of Larned; Jonathon Mason of Ellinwood; Mason Rohr of Russell.
To qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled in 12 hours of graded credits and earn a semester grade point average of 3.4 to 3.99. More than 1,050 students qualified for the Dean’s List.
Local Dean’s list students are: Chrisangel Adame of Great Bend; Kenna Gales of Garfield; James Gardner and Emma Thompson, both of Larned; Sara Grieve of Russell; Brooke McReynolds of Ellinwood; Maryn Schmidt of Claflin.
