HOISINGTON — Youth Core Ministries will host a Circles Sunday on Jan. 27 at several Hoisington churches. Participating churches will have guest speakers at their morning services to tell the “Circles story” in Hoisington.

Circles is a poverty elimination program offered to local communities by Youth Core Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit in Greensburg.

Speakers will share more detailed testimonies of how Circles has changed their lives as well as provide information about the impact the program has had in Barton County already, said Melissa Hipp with Circles. “This will be followed by a question and answer period and then we’ll offer an opportunity for individuals to speak one on one with the steering committee members, speakers and participants.”

There will be a dessert and coffee gathering at 1 p.m. the St. John Parish Center in Hoisington. This gathering will give the community a more in-depth look at the Circles program.
