Hoisington Emergency Medical Service treated the driver of a Freightliner dump truck that went off NW 170 Road at 6:17 p.m. Thursday.
Barton County Sheriff’s Office reports driver Jeremy Jimison, 36, Bushton, was released at the scene. He was driving east in the 10 block of NW 170 Road. The road was not a through road and the truck went down an embankment and slammed into a creek bed at the bottom. Jimison was wearing a seat belt.
The truck is owned by Oberle Sand and Gravel.
