A vehicular pursuit Friday morning, Feb. 24, in Ellsworth County ended when a tactical maneuver was performed, causing the vehicle to enter the ditch and roll. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 7:34 a.m. on Interstate 70’s milepost 216 eastbound ramp.

The fleeing vehicle was a 2010 Toyota Tacoma driven by Austin T. Flanagan, 30, of Castle Rock, Colorado. He was taken to the Ellsworth Medical Center with what appeared to be minor injuries.
