Theft of Dealer Tag D2329B was reported at Freddy’s Frozen Custard, 3008 10th St.
A theft case was taken after a man and a woman reportedly left the Walmart property with a shopping cart. The cart was located without the suspects.
A known person allegedly stole a cellphone from Park Elementary School.
