Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made six ambulance runs Monday.

Firefighters responded to a call at 11:35 a.m. in the 2100 block of 26th St. The fire was contained in the back of the house. Damage to the property and contents was estimated to be $11,500.

K9 Menta was used at 2:23 a.m. Monday at 705 10th St.

A K9 was used on a vehicle at 10:13 a.m. at Great Bend Police Department.

An individual reported damage to her vehicle at 10:39 a.m. at 2535 Lakin Ave. 

An individual reported damage to his vehicle at 12:11 p.m. at 2117 8th St.

A possible battery was reported at 12:35 p.m. at Azria Health, 1560 K-96.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:06 p.m. at 3401 24th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:35 p.m. in the 900 block of Williams St.

Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:28 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of NW K-96, Great Bend.

A burglary in progress was reported at 3 p.m. at S. Vine St. and Keystone, Hoisington.

A fire was reported at 4:04 p.m. at NE 150 Road and NE 100 Ave., Odin.
