Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made five ambulance runs Thursday.

Firefighters were dispatched to a smoke scare in the 1000 block of Taft. It turned out to be a cooking incident.

K-9 Menta was utilized in a traffic stop at 2:56 a.m. Thursday at 12th St. and K-96.

An injury crash was reported at 8:47 a.m. at 10th St. and Harrison St. 

A narcotics violation was reported at 9:20 a.m. at Great Bend Housing, 1101 Kansas Ave.

An Barton County resident reported someone using their identity to open an account.

Disorderly conduct was reported at 4:30 p.m. at Great Bend High School, 2027 Morton St.

A traffic arrest was reported at 4:45 p.m. in the 900 block of Baker Ave. 

An individual reported a gun being pulled on them at 5:31 p.m. in the 5800 block of 16th St.

K-9 Menta was utilized in a traffic stop at 10:52 p.m. in the 1000 block of Morton St. 

A narcotics violation was reported at 11:55 p.m. at 701 10th St. 

A narcotics violation was reported at 2:39 a.m. Friday at 10th St. and Garfield St.
