Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made six ambulance runs Monday.

Great Bend Fire responded to a call at 12:13 p.m. at 2516 Lakin Ave. Firefighters extinguished a rubbish fire contained in a barrel once on scene.

Possession of marijuana was reported at 12:14 p.m. at 3910 Cedar Park Place.

A traffic arrest was executed at 9:34 p.m. at Lakin Ave. and Stone St.

Barton County Sheriff

A theft was reported at 8:48 a.m. Tuesday in rural Ellinwood.

A fire was reported at 6:33 p.m. in the 100 block of NW 100 Road, Hoisington.
