Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had six ambulance runs Wednesday, March 20. Firefighters responded to one false alarm.

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made two ambulance runs Thursday, March 21 and there were no fires.

A domestic incident was reported at 12:09 p.m. at 720 Kansas Ave.

A theft was reported at 2:46 p.m. at Heart of Kansas Mercantile, 1212 Main St.

A narcotics violation was reported at 3:12 p.m. at 16th and Hubbard Streets.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:51 a.m. Thursday at the 2700 block of 16th Street.

Barton County Sheriff

A fire was reported at 12:29 p.m. Wednesday at SE 120 Ave. and SE 20 Rd., Ellinwood.

A narcotics violation was reported at 3:12 p.m. at 16th and Hubbard Streets, Great Bend.

A theft was reported at 8:57 a.m. Thursday in the 1192 block of NE 200 Rd. Claflin. 

A non-injury crash was reported at 1:22 p.m. at N U.S. 281 and mile marker 110.9, Hoisington.

A non-injury crash was reported at 1:57 p.m. at Outer limits Liquor, 31 NE 30 Rd. Great Bend.

An injury crash was reported at 2:41 p.m. at NW 40 Ave. and K-4 Barton County. 

A structure fire was reported at 5:03 p.m. at 14 NE 100 Ave. Ellinwood.
