Great Bend Fire Department

A fire was reported at 3:20 p.m. Monday at 2407 Morton St. The fire was in the living room of the residence at the cause was listed as accidental. Everyone was outside when firefighters arrived. There was smoke damage throughout the house. Firefighters were at the scene for about an hour.

A battery was reported at 7:30 p.m. at the Barton County Young Men’s Organizations, 1515 Morton St.

Theft of a lawn chair was reported Monday evening at 5213 Ridgeway Dr.

A fraud was reported Monday at the Great Bend USD 428 District Education Center, 201 South Patton Road.

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:20 p.m. in the 600 block of 150 Road, Olmitz.
