Emergency Medical Service made 12 ambulance runs on Wednesday.

There was one fire call about a possible ditch or structure fire at 7:31 a.m. in the 300 block of North U.S. 281. Nothing was found and it was considered a false alarm.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:33 a.m. Wednesday at 1444 11th St.

A leaking fire hydrant was reported at 20th and Hubbard St. The Water Department was notified.

A battery was reported at 5:56 p.m. at Gordita’s Yoli Mexican Restaurant, 3106 10th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at 24th and Washington.

Barton County Sheriff’s Office

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:22 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of NE 30 Road, Ellinwood.

Criminal damage to property was reported Wednesday afternoon at the Barton County Detention Center, 1408 Kansas Ave.

A theft was reported at 25 NE 27 Ave., Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday on East U.S. 56 near mile marker 208, Great Bend.
