One woman was arrested after a Great Bend Police Department search led to the discovery of suspected narcotics Friday afternoon.
According to a GBPD release, at about 2:14 p.m. Friday, members of the GBPD executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence located at 2107 30th St. in Great Bend. During a thorough search of the residence, investigators located quantities of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and items of illegal drug paraphernalia.
One subject, Jennifer D. Wilson, 44, was located at the residence and placed under arrest without incident on requested charges of distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp.
Wilson was transported to the Barton County Detention Center and booked in lieu of bond.
