Daughter writes her father a letter he can see from space

Commander Terry Virts, an astronaut whos currently in space working at the International Space Station, just got a message from his daughter.

But the message Steph s you! wasnt written by hand or typed in an email. It was etched in the sand down on Earth by a fleet of Hyundai cars.

The message, which was written in the sand at the Delamar Dry Lake in Nevada, was large enough so that it could be viewed from space.
