World-renowned pianist and talented songwriter Paul Cardall released a touching new Christmas music video starring Broadway's Patrice Tipoki.

The song is sung from the perspective of Mary, the mother of Christ.

"'Son of God' is an original Christmas song I wrote for 'A New Creation,'" said Cardall in a Facebook post on Dec. 4. "It's from Mary's perspective knowing she has given birth to the Son of God. What might she be feeling? She came from a deeply religious home who observed Sabbath and heard the scriptures read in the Synagogue. What might she already know about the Christ? After all, an Angel appeared telling her she would give birth to The Son of the Most High. These thoughts inspired this music."

Tipoki recently released a single titled "Christmas All Year Long," and her debut album, "A Musical Heart," had review and chart success, according to her website. She has also starred in musical productions of "Les Miserables" in London, "Beauty and the Beast" in Melbourne and "Wicked" in Sydney.
