LARNED — Amy K. Zielke, 68, died June 6, 2013 at Diversicare of Larned. She was born Dec. 12, 1944 at Laredo, Texas, the daughter of Bernard and Alice Wallace Weller. A lifetime area resident, she was an office assistant for the Department of Corrections.
She belonged to the United Methodist Church of Larned and The Order of the Eastern Star; she was a Board member of the Santa Fe Trail Center, 4-H leader for the Pawnee Peppers, and a member of the Larned Booster Club
On July 30, 1965 she married Harry Zielke in Montezuma, Ks. He survives.                                   
Other survivors include, mother Alice Weller, Meade;  son Chris Zielke and wife Paula, Fort Riley; daughter, Amanda Zielke, Fort Riley;  two brothers, Steve Weller and wife Lynn, Meade, Bernie Weller and wife Ratna, Dodge City; sister, Susan Watson and husband Bob, Hillsboro and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Bernard Weller.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m.  Wednesday, at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned with Pastor Brad McCoy presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.   Burial will be in Larned Cemetery.
