Claude L. Keeler, Jr., 95, passed away November 8, 2020. He was born September 8, 1925, at Seward, to Claude L., Sr. & Iva Mary (Wetig) Keeler. He married Georgalee Ann Sallee, September 24, 1949 at St. John. She died December 23, 2019.

A Great Bend resident since 1987, Claude previously lived in Russell and Claflin. He worked in the oil field supply industry as a sales manager for many years. He was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Patrick Catholic Church and the V.F.W. Post #6240, Russell. 

Survivors include, a son, Raymond Keeler and wife Colette of Great Bend; and a daughter, Susan Keeler of Tempe, Ariz.; daughter-in-law, Barbara Keeler of Tucson, Ariz.; five brothers, Donald Keeler, Charles Keeler and Larry Keeler, all of Great Bend, Marvin Keeler of Salina and Ivan Keeler of Colorado City, Colo.; two sisters, Connie Eilts, and Marilyn Luenberger-Frank, both of Great Bend; four grandchildren, Tina Keeler (Charlie Bird), Tammy (Mike) Steinert, Patrick Keeler, and Brittany (Kyle) Aungst; and three great grandchildren, Ashlynn and Alaina Steinert, and Wyatt Keeler. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Keeler; and three brothers, Darrel Keeler, John Keeler and Eldon Keeler.

Visitation will be held from noon to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at Bryant Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 12, 2020, at Great Bend Cemetery with Navy Honors.  Father Don Bedore will preside. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Prince of Peace Parish, in care of Bryant Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net. The U.S. Navy is requesting those in attendance to wear masks.
