Darlene Ramona Cline 1931-2012

Darlene Ramona Cline, 81, died Nov. 29 at Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Born March 7, 1931 at Sawyer, she was the daughter of Henry and Edith (Greenstreet) Powers.
Mrs. Cline was a Great Bend, Kansas resident since 1968 coming from Pratt, Kansas. On July 11, 1949, she married LeRoy Cline at Pratt.  He died January 13, 1990.  She was a member of the Catholic Church.  She was a typesetter for Pratt Tribune and Great Bend Tribune and was a clerk at Duckwalls, also working for Town and Country Racquet Club and Cox Multimedia Cablevision. She was an avid bowler.  
Survivors include three sons, Don Cline of Dodge City; Gary Cline and his companion Barb Mumford of Hays; Roy Cline of Great Bend, and two daughters, Ramona MacDonald and her husband Greg of Hutchinson, and Linda Manley of Kansas City.  She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, Martha Cline, Great Bend, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one infant brother, Steven Powers; and three sisters, Neva Tillotson, Helen Rose, and Margaret Young.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Bryant Funeral Home with Father Don Bedore officiating. Interment will be at Great Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, Dec. 3, at Bryant Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Central Kansas Association for the Visually Impaired or American Cancer Society, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
