LARNED – Jadene Eva Stickler Colglazier left her earthly life August 15, 2022.  She was 96 years old and was of the Methodist faith.  She was born July 7, 1926 to Frank Russell and Ines Mae Quinn Stickler in Alva, OK.  

Jadene met Harlan Dean Colglazier at the University of Kansas in 1945 and married him on May 18, 1947 in Burlington, KS. Harlan preceded her in death July 31, 2004.  

Their marriage produced 6 children, Eric Rulon, Beth Ann, Jean, Jennifer Louise, Erin Suzanne, and Andrew Martin.  She is survived by daughter-in-law Ruth(Jack) Stewart, Larned KS;  Beth(Jon) Kolb, Lawrence, KS;  Jean(Timothy) Knapp, Brookline, MO; Jennifer(John) Yocum, Lawrence, KS; Erin(Jon) Robertson, Portland, OR; Andrew(Liz) Colglazier, Zephyr, TX.  Also 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren (with 2 on the way), and one great-great grandchild.  

Jadene was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harlan, son Eric, and sister Celia Ann Stickler Smith. 

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2022 with family present from 6:00 to 8:00. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Zook.
