HOLYROOD — John T. Ringle, 68, passed away Dec. 8, 2016. He was born April 2, 1948, in Salina, to Jack and Ruth (Olson) Ringle. He married Michelle (Nice) in Holyrood on Aug. 14, 1998.
John worked at the Holyrood Co-op for 13 years and was a truck driver for several different companies. He was a member of the Holyrood American Legion and served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Ringle of Holyrood; son, John T. Ringle Jr. of Holyrood; two stepsons, Alex Gonzalez (Elizabeth) of Ellinwood and Aaron Gonzalez (Sarah) of Great Bend; and two granddaughters, Alexandria and Quinn Gonzalez. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. No services are planned at this time.
