CLAFLIN — Kebby Ryan Myers, 30, died July 8, 2013 at Claflin.
He was born Jan. 29, 1983 at Ellsworth. He married April Hoffman July 3, 2010 at Great Bend and was owner and operator of Myers Pump and Supply.
Kebby was a Claflin resident since 2001 coming from Russell. He was a devoted husband, and dad who loved spending time with his family and friends, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and grilling.
He is survived by wife, April Myers, of the home; parents, James and Kelly Doeden, Great Bend; three children, Karli, Kaiden and Gage; a brother, Nathan Myers and wife Deanna, Russell; and nieces and nephew, Lauren Myers, Abby Myers, Marissa Myers, Mack Hickel and Kate Hickel.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Chuck Doeden and Willis and Marian Schultz; a niece, Katherine Myers; and father-in-law, Curtis Hoffman.
Vigil Service is scheduled at 6 p.m. Thursday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend. Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend with Father Ted Stoecklein officiating. Interment will be at Great Bend Cemetery North, Great Bend.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at Bryant Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Kebby Myers Memorial Fund in care of Bryant Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net.
