Neuell G. Nicolet, 91, formerly of Great Bend, passed away Feb. 27 in Augusta. Born Oct. 2, 1922, in Great Bend, he was the son of the late Ed and Inez (Gaunt) Nicolet. In 1941, he graduated from Great Bend High School. He was a retired farmer.
Mr. Nicolet was a long-time member of the Central Baptist Church in Great Bend.
Survivors include, his wife, Elnora  (Dellenbaugh) Seba Nicolet; daughter, Connie (Jim) Dandy; daughter-in-law, Celia Nicolet; two grandsons; two granddaughters; three great-grandsons; stepsons, Jim, Kenneth and Leroy Seba; and a stepdaughter, Barbara Hodge. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary W. “Jean” (Dirks) Nicolet; son, Kenneth; and three brothers, Eldean, Mickey and Bill.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, at the Central Baptist Church, 3301 Lakin Ave. in Great Bend. Burial will follow at the Great Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association of Central and Western Kansas, 1820 E.
