LARNED – Pammie Rose Shank, 58, passed away October 18, 2021 at her home in Larned.
She was born February 7, 1963 in Aransas Pass, TX, the daughter of Clinton Harold and Iona “Betty” Bethine Norris Lauber. A longtime area resident, she was the Assistant Cashier for 32 years at the Fusion Bank (First State Bank) in Larned.
She was a member of the Larned Area Chamber Ambassadors and a past member of the Jaycees Club. She enjoyed fishing, hunting and loved to travel.
On May 1, 1989, she married Jan Arlyn Shank in Las Vegas, N.V. He survives.
Other survivors include: brother, David (Martha) Lauber, Cheney, WA; sister, Tammie (Jimmy) McClaren, Kinsley; two nieces, Kaitlyn (Joby) Reisenauer and their children, Quintin and Tobin, Mackenzie (Cory) Dilport and their daughter, Ember and a nephew, Cole (Kristin) McClaren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert and Terry Lauber and a sister, Sandra Davis.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be at a later date.
