HOWE, Okla. — Patsy Ann Foster of Howe, Okla. was born July 8, 1937, in Johnstown, Texas to Leland and Mildred (Surrett) Partridge and passed away on April 28, 2019, surrounded by family in Heavener, Okla. at the age of 81.

She is survived by three sons, Brett Alan Foster and wife Kathy of Great Bend, Kan., Wade Scott Foster and wife Julie of Great Bend, Kan., Michael Lee Foster and wife Sandy of Choctaw, Okla.; seven grandchildren, Brian Foster, Kacie Kilgore, Michael Charles Foster, Tyler Foster, Garrett Foster, Holly Foster, and Bailey Foster; five great-grandchildren, Luke Kilgore, Alexi Foster, Hendrix Foster, Ryder Wynn, and Benjamin Kilgore; one brother, Jim Partridge of Wichita, Kan.; one step-brother, Eddy Abercrombie of Great Bend, Kan.; one step-sister, Ardith Ott of Wichita, Kan.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leland Partridge and Mildred Abercrombie; her husband, George Wellington Foster Jr.; her step-father, Albert Abercrombie; one brother, Jack Partridge; and one step-brother, Byrl Abercrombie. 

Patsy was a long-time resident of the area and a homemaker. She loved cooking, playing bingo and bowling, and to read. Patsy enjoyed and loved the holidays, where she would bake for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Patsy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be missed by all whom loved and knew her. 

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Okla. Interment will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Okla. Pallbearers will be Brett Foster, Scott Foster, Brian Foster, Garrett Foster, Tyler Foster, and Kenny Kilgore. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Advantage Hospice in Poteau or EMS of Leflore County. She will lie in state from noon until 8:30 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
