CASTLE ROCK, Colo. — Rae Smith, 76, (formerly Rae Jeanne Murray) was born on June 12, 1943, Concordia, Kan. to Dick and Sally Smith, Bushton, Kan., both who proceeded her in passing. Rae graduated from Bushton High School and was a long-time resident in Bushton. After moving to Great Bend, Kan. in 1979, she remained a resident there until moving to Castle Rock, Colo. in 2012.

She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Purcell and husband Harry of Castle Rock, Colo.; Charise Hollingshead and husband John of Rockwall, Texas; son Phill Murray and wife Becky of Castle Rock, Colo. Rae had five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
